Delete Your Account
You can delete your Pulse Park account at any time, in the Pulse Park app or on this website. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Your personal details are removed; records we must keep by law stay without your name or contact details.
01 Delete in the Pulse Park App
- Open the Pulse Park app and sign in.
- Go to the Me tab, then tap Settings.
- Tap Delete account and review what is deleted and what is kept.
- Enter your password, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
02 Delete on the Website
You can delete your account right here, or from Dashboard → Settings → Delete Account.
Sign in first
To protect your account we need you to sign in before deleting it. After signing in you are taken to your dashboard: open Settings → Delete Account there, or come back to this page (pulse-mw.com/delete-account).

You have been signed out on this browser. Thank you for playing with us.
Back to home03 Can't Sign In?
If you can't sign in (for example you no longer have access to your password), you can first try Forgot password on the sign-in page.
Otherwise email info@pulse-mw.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject Delete my Pulse Park account. We will confirm the request comes from the account holder and then delete the account in the same way.
04 Before You Delete
We can't delete an account that still has open items, because they involve money or other people. Please cancel or finish these first, or contact Pulse Park and we will help:
- Upcoming bookings that are not cancelled or completed.
- Orders with an unpaid balance, or a refund that is still being processed.
- Academy program or tournament registrations that have not finished yet.
05 What Is Deleted
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number, preferred sport, emergency contact and profile photo.
- Your password and sign-in access on every device.
- Community posts, photos, videos, comments, likes, shares and reports you made.
- Your matchmaking profile, swipes, matches and chats.
- Teams you created.
- Registered devices, notification settings and your notification inbox.
- Unused coupons issued only to you.
- Your Pulse Points balance and unclaimed rewards. They cannot be restored or transferred.
Your email address is released, so you can create a new account with it later if you wish. A new account starts from scratch.
06 What We Keep and Why
Financial records required by law
The law requires us to keep records of payments and sales for tax and accounting purposes. We keep these records for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to, in line with Malawi tax and accounting record-keeping requirements, but your name, email address and phone number are removed and replaced with "Deleted user":
- Booking, payment, invoice and refund records.
- Campus and tournament registrations and their payments, with athlete, guardian and contact details removed.
- Airtel Money and card transaction records needed to reconcile payments and handle disputes, without your email or phone number.
Other players' records
Match results, ratings and leaderboard history stay so that other players keep their records. They show "Deleted user" instead of your name.
A deletion record
We keep a note that an account was deleted and when, without your personal details, so we can show that your request was completed.
07 Delete Some Data Without Closing Your Account
You do not have to delete your whole Pulse Park account to remove data. You can delete individual items yourself, in the Pulse Park app or on this website:
- Posts, photos, reels and comments — open the post, tap the … menu and choose Delete. The post and its media are removed.
- Profile photo — go to Me → Settings → Edit profile and remove the picture.
- Phone number, preferred sport and emergency contact — clear the field in Me → Settings → Edit profile and save.
- Saved cards and your saved Airtel Money number — open Settings → Payment methods and tap Remove on the card or number you no longer want us to keep.
- This device's push registration — signing out in Me → Settings deletes the push token stored for that device. Notification categories can be switched off separately in Settings → Notifications.
Ask us to delete something else
For anything you cannot remove yourself, email info@pulse-mw.com from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my Pulse Park data, and say which data you want removed. We will confirm the request comes from the account holder and respond within the time required by Malawi's Data Protection Act, 2024. Your account stays open and your bookings are unaffected.
What we cannot delete on request
The records listed in section 06 above stay for the same reasons they stay when an account is closed: booking, payment, invoice and refund records are kept for six years from the end of the financial year they relate to for tax and accounting, and match results and leaderboard history stay so other players keep their records. Where we keep these, your name and contact details are removed.
To delete everything and close the account instead, use section 01 or 02 above.
