Who May Use Pulse Park

Users must provide accurate booking details. Users under 18 must have parent/guardian consent and supervision where required.

• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials.
• Impersonation, false identity, or account sharing for misuse is prohibited.
• Pulse Park may suspend accounts pending verification or policy review.

Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed after successful checkout and visible confirmation from Pulse Park systems.

• Displayed prices and inclusions at checkout apply to that booking.
• Failed/reversed/chargeback payments may cause cancellation or suspension.
• Pulse Park may correct obvious platform pricing or listing errors before final confirmation.

Time Windows

Unless otherwise stated for a special event or promotion, the standard policy applies:

• Cancellation: at least 48 hours before session start.
• Rescheduling: at least 72 hours before session start.
• No-shows or late cancellations are generally non-refundable.
• Weather or safety closures are handled by rebooking or credit at Pulse Park's discretion.

Use Standards

All users must follow the published Rules & Regulations, staff instructions, and posted safety guidance.

• Appropriate sports attire and safe footwear are required.
• Unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive conduct may result in removal.
• Damage due to misuse may be charged to the responsible person.

Physical activities carry inherent risk. By participating, you accept this risk and the terms in our Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability.

Pulse Park is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on site, including parking areas, except where required by law.

By using our services, you consent to operational communication (booking confirmations, reminders, policy notices) via email, SMS, or app channels.

• Personal data is processed for operations, security, and legal compliance.
• Facility/event photography or video may be used for operational and promotional purposes.
• You can contact support for communication preference or data requests.

Pulse Park may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, payment abuse, repeated no-shows, fraudulent activity, or behavior that threatens safety/operations.

Where appropriate, reinstatement may require written review and settlement of outstanding charges.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malawi. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Lilongwe unless law requires otherwise.

Pulse Park may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised version.
